| Start - of - workday mood and listening music is one of psychological factor what any employee had been around. Whereas employee performance is record of outcomes produced on activity. Statistic method used on this study is Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression to test the significant of influences from variables Start - of -workday mood (XI) and listening music (X2) to employee performance (Y), The lumber of respondent sample of this study is 50 employees. This questionnaire inswered by respondent is on Likert scale, and proceeded its with SPSS. The result of this study indicate that significant and positive influences rom the variables Start - of - workday mood and listening music to employee performance at PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia, according to with partial interaction (using l-lest formula), and coincedent way (using F-ltist formula). Based on the result, the final cloncusion are rejecting Ho dan accept H|. |
