Abstract
This researchaims to determine the effect of work flow and work environment at PT. Minamas Gemilang Jakarta Head Office, Impact on the Job Satisfaction. The study was conducted with survey techniques, by distributing questionnaires to 100 Employees of PT Minamas Gemilang Jakarta Head Office. The method of sampling taken: using Convenience sampling in which respondent are employees of PT. Minamas Gemilang. The hypothesis being tested is the effect of Work Flow’s factor and Work Environment’s factor for the impact on Job Satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis is being used for this test. The results showed that the research variable of Work Flow has a positive and linier influence on the impact of Job Satisfaction with the accounted value of 0.961. For the Work Environment variable on Job Satisfaction generate contribution of 0.936, so as to have a positive and linier influence as well. Regression testing results between the Work Flow and Work Environment on Impact of Job Satisfaction simultaneously showed a positive and significant effect where F value is greater than F table (752.022>3,090) or research hypothesis is accepted, where the value of R square shows the contribution of the Work Flow and Work Environment on the Impact of Job satisfaction was 0.939 so it can be concluded that the Work Flow and Work Environment both have influence on Impact of Job Satisfaction of 93.9%.
