This research is intended to analysis the influence in fares, service quality, and physical evidence simultaneously to the passengers satisfaction of the commercial domestic airlines of LCC in Indonesia. The measurement of research variables by determine the degree of correlation and effect between variables. Description analysis are used to characteristic for passengers, fares, service quality, physical evidence and passengers satisfaction.
