This research examines influence of work-life balance in individual and organizational career model. Data respondent a from bank industry, lecture, police, consultant and pers (n = 230). Result indicated that work-life balance have not moderation effect to the reletionship between available of career information from organization to participation management carer program for employee with flexi time or non flexi time. Interesting finding, WLB have mediating effect toward the relationship between complexity work life and management career program. Implications of this finning are presented. |
