The function of a Bank is as the collector of public funds in savings and as the distributor the funds back to the business community in the form of credit. The bank must be a trustworthy institution, the higher the level of public confidence will be the opportunities for banking business. The objective of the research is to find out the correlation between the quality of the bank's services and the increase of the value of sales plus the savings. The research was conducted at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Purwakarta for ten working days in September 2009. The data colected by survey, observation n questionairestp 100 respondents from 225 target population with simple random sampling techniq. The result show that (1) There is a strong, positive correlation between the quality of Service and the increasing of sales and saving value, (2) The service of PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Purwakarta is excellent and should be maintained and developed.
