The development of Islamic Banking shows a significant progress, because Sharia Banks tend to be unwavering hardiness to deal with economic crisis. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how the rules governing Islamic banking in Indonesia. The method based on the literature and supported by a collection of laws. It is concluded that, the given the Act No. 21, 2008 on Islamic Banking and various supporting regulations, as the legal umbrella of Islamic banking, has given the strength to the Islamic Banking activities in order to complete within the national and international Banking World.
