One of the criminal victim's right is obtaining the compensation and curing their suffering as long as the criminal period. the objective of this paper is to discuss the compensation and restoration that deliver to the victim did not so complete due to some problems and constrains. This paper used normative methods. The result shows that it could be influence by the law, the supporting facility and victim awareness itself, therefore the compensation does not fulfil the justice for the victim criminal in accordance with his/her right.
