X is a company that operates in garment industry. Until now, the company deals with a single supplier only to meet its material requirement, therefore there is no selection method needed regarding the supplier selection. Meanwhile PT. X received a lot of complaints from its customers regarding the quality of the material, so that the company requires to apply a new selection method to deal with more suppliers and decision critena. In this paper, the writer discusses about the design of decision support system in supplier selection using FAST methodology and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method as an evaluation approach toward the supplier alternatives by doing weight assessment based on criterias that have been determined. From the calculation of AHP method, a recommendation of best supplier for the company in raw material procurement process is achieved.
