Abstract
University has to provide qualified service to achieve high student's satisfaction. In order to
improve the service quality, Industrial Engineering Department of Atma Jaya Catholic
University uses integration among Kano Model, Refined Kano Model, dan l-S Model to
prioritize service aspects that need to be improved.
Collected data included: importance level, satisfaction level, and fungsional-disfungsional
level of Kano's model. Using this data, weaks and strong attributes can be identified.
Moreover, attributes can be more specificly categorized based on how well the atribut may
satisfy customer's need. Main priority of improvements are attributes that fall into "must be -
critical - to be improved" category. From the analysis, the attributes need to be improved
are secretariat service to students and availability of facility to support academic interaction
