One of the supporters who sometimes received less attention is the main supplier selection activities which is often considered an administrative job that has little value added. However, along with the times, the system supplier selection is considered to have a strategic contribution to the company and could determine the company's ability to win the competition in the market. Basically, the supplier selection system itself is one of the main components of the Supplier Selection and Management System. PT.Hutama Karya is one of the companies engaged in the construction field that was originally derived from the Dutch private company Hollandsche Beton Maatshappij nationalized in 1961 PT.Hutama Karya experience system supplier selection problems where the company is still not optimal because it only considers some aspects of assessment only. So in this study will be evaluated against the performance of the suppliers who work with the company to improve the development of assessment criteria. In this final project, SSMS system integrated purchasing strategy, supplier selection system, and supplier management system, which identifies alternative suppliers, identify the criteria needed to determine the supplier on PT. Hutama Karya. After determining the selected supplier using method with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Supplier management system to identify the key of criteria the selected suppliers and identify weak criteria selected supplier. weak criteria and key of criteria can be combined criteria to get the value of the managerial criteria that can be coordinated with the chosen supplier in the supplier selection system This assessment is intended to concrete steel supplier selection of concrete as desired by the company, and was chosen supplier PT.
