| Conditions were much going on in the world today is the growing awareness of the environmental conditions of human life . Now the environment has become one of the important considerations in performing an activity , especially industrial activities. PT . First National Glassware is a big company engaged in the glassware industry . Supply chain plays a fairly important in their business processes . Therefore, it is necessary to measure the performance of a supply chain to also care about the environment . Performance measurement includes two main processes, of designing a model of performance measurement and performance weighting and scoring. This study uses a model of Green SCOR ( Supply Chain Operations Reference ) to design the measurement model, uses AHP ( Analytical Hierarchy Process ) for pairwise comparisons and using expert choice software version 11 to calculate the weight . There are 16 KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ) are identified for use in performance measurement . Plan values are obtained at 68, Source at 66.54, Make at 58.89, Delivery at 32.80 and Return at 56.85 . Referring to the model, the value of corporate supply chain performance by 60.13 . Under the provisions of the company , the value is considered sufficient because it includes criteria for good performance , but it was on the threshold between good and bad categories . Therefore it is necessary for continuous improvement in the supply chain. |
