Benedicta Ankada located in Bandung a company operates as a distributor in the business equipment and livestock feed. With quite plenty demand, scattered, and erratic and warehouse storage capacity is quite limited which makes the CV. Benedicta Ankada sometimes having difficulty in meeting customer demand quickly and accurately, increasing distribution costs, and if there is damage to the goods when shipping goods to customers then it takes more time to perform the replacement. Product distribution system proposal in CV. Benedicta Ankada are needed to reduce the cost of distribution which is quite large and improve the distribution of the former. This study was made in order to provide an alternative proposal distribution systems and alternative locations for the opening of a new warehouse CV. Benedicta Ankada by applying Analysis Hybrid methods and Saving Matrix. The results of this study are expected to help the CV. Benedicta Ankada in minimizing distribution costs for this so the costs were less. In addition, it is expected the results of this study that CV. Benedicta Ankada could be able to determine the selection of the location of the opening of a new warehouse with a look at some of the factors that influence.Moreover, it can select the right product distribution system between the use of the company's fleet, expedition services or mix of both so that the distribution costs incurred can be minimized considering so far CV. Benedicta Ankada face problems regarding product distribution costs which are too big at every product distribution. From these results , the results of the Hybrid Analysis methods can be seen that the opening alternative routes to the location of the warehouse Bandung and Yogyakarta views of the various factors that affect the determination of the opening of the new warehouse. While the results of Saving Matrix method can be seen that the opening of 4 warehouses will generate the minimum distribution cost than opening 2 warehouses or 3 warehouses. So for the selection of an warehouse opening alternative that should be selected is the opening of 4 warehouses in the fourth designated place, which is Bandung, Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Lampung. If the company only wants to open 3 warehouses then the best alternative is opening a warehouse in the area of Bandung, Jakarta and Lampung because it produces the most minimum distribution cost between the other warehouse combinations. However, if a company only wants to open 2 warehouses then the best alternative is opening the warehouses in Bandung and Lampung because it produces the most minimum distribution costs between the other warehouse combinations.
