The objective of this study is to examine the effects of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on career satisfaction. In addition, this study is also aimed to describe about the condition of work-family conflict, family-work conflict and career satisfaction in PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk. Work-family conflict and family-work conflict is a role conflict in which the demands of work and family roles can not be compared. While the career satisfaction is a feeling that arises from within a person associated with pleasure, relief due to a career that has been achieved with the sacrifice. Statistical method used on this study is Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression to test the significant, also kind of influences from variables work-family conflict (X1) and family-work conflict (X2) to level of career satisfaction (Y). Number of respondent sample of this study is 91 employee’s. This questionnaire answered by respondent in a Likert scale option, then proceeded with SPSS. Result of this study shows that are significant and positive influences from the variables of work-family conflict and family-work conflict to the level of employee’s career satisfaction at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, in case of through partial interaction (using t-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression), and through coincedent way (using F-test formula of analysis multiple linear regression). According to the result, hypothesis conclusions of the research are rejecting Ho dan accept Ha. |
