This research aims lo compafind out whal things considered as psychology
students * career choice. By using open-ended survey participants (/V = 109)
gained 281 responses divided into 8 categories. These categories are: (1)
income, (2) working conditions, (3) locations, (4) suitability, (5) career
opportunities, (6) company background, (7) family, and (8) others. In sum,
external factors, for instance working condition, and location, are still a major
consideration lor students career choice comparing to internal factors such as
education background and personal interesl. In the discussion it is explained
through Super $ career developmental stage. |
