| In this study, the truck will be scheduled on the distribution of PT Hero Supermarket. There are entrances that contains some incoming trucks that serve as suppliers. And there is a exit which consists of several outgoing truck that serves to distribute the products to each outlet. Scheduling trucks that have been made will be simulated with the help of software Promodel . But in this Promodel will be given to provide additional scanners. The process that occurs is all the products will be removed from the truck go through the conveyor, conveyor of any product ( in the box ) will go into the scanner one by one to be given a label or coding then do a scan . At this stage the product will be processed in order when out of the scanner will be immediately propagated automatically to suit the exit path. Through this scanner, the system is expected to be realized Crossdocking well on the company. Based on the results of Promodel output , the result is less than optimal, therefore the simulation is done by using the second scenario, by changing the location and add a conveyor into a scanner unit into two. With two scenarios occurs differences, including results obtained utility smaller than the initial scenario. |
