This study aimed to analyze component of technology that are owned by SME and determine the level of SME’s technology and to determine the process of technological innovation separately develop Pandan Galeria SME. Pandan Galeria SME engaged in the manufacture of rocking toy , products commonly called " si kambi ". In this reasearch, the calculation of technological level using Technometric Model. Results of the Technometric Model is component of technology technoware has SOTA value of 0.22 and contribution component value of 0.19; technology component humanware has SOTA value of 0.367 and 0.378 for the value of the contribution components; technology component infoware has SOTA value of 0.25 and 0.194 for the value of contribution component ; technology component orgaware has SOTA value of 0.45 and 0.48 for the value of the contribution components . Value TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient) owned by Pandan Galeria SME amounted to 0.003474. The results of the Technometric Model, Pandan Galeria SME at the level of traditional technologies. Technological innovation in Pandan Galeria SME do for component humanware and component orgaware, because this component has a value of SOTA is smaller than the value of the contribution of components. Technological innovation used in SME is radical technological innovation. Radical innovation is choosen because this innovation has been the aim of improving performance.
