The aim of this research was To know how is the human resource competence of Small-Medium scale entrepreneur in Garuda Jaya Malang and how their competence affected to their business performance. And the competence Variable was described as seven indicators which were motive, traits, self concept, knowledge, skill, leadership, and personal objective and belief . To answer the research problems and test of hypothesis the researcher was used the statistics analysis with software SEM PLS. Sample respondent used in this research was 6 respondents come from Small-Medium Scale Entrepreneur in Garuda Jaya Malang. The result of this research were as follows: the hypothesis was accepted because regarding the result shows that the Human Resource Competence of Small-Medium Scale entrepreneur was Significantly affected to the their business performance its mean that the increasing in human resource competence will be increase the business performance. |
