| This research was made to analyze the effect of a trust relationship to the successful up line members in PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera. The method used in this research is correlation method. This research used 100 samples of PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera’s members. Data collection was conducted from November 2012 until December 2012. Data were collected using a questionnaire form and the results of research conducted showed that in general, the greater the level of members’trust of the up line will cause greater levels of success in the PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera or in other words, the better the trust, the success of its member will also be higher. |
