| This research aims to decide criteria and sub criteria that very important dan highly influence performance of E-sq in health care industry, to evaluate performance of E-sq from country and private hospital, and to compare which one from those two type of hospitals that has the best performance of E-sq. There are 6 criteria of SERVQUAL such as. Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Information Quality, Asurance, and Empathy that will be used to evaluate the performance of E-sq. 7 Alternatives country and private hospitals will be used as the research object. Total sample for this research is 100 people.Research data is processed by using Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS method. Fuzzy AHP will be used to decide criteria and sub criteria that has the highest weight vector to be enhanced so the performance of E-sq of a website can be maximal. TOPSIS will be used to evaluate the performance of E-sq from 7 alternatives country and private hospitals, which one from them that hasthe best performance. Sensitivity analysis will be used against the weight vector from Fuzzy AHP to decide which one criteria that has the sensitivity if it changes. Based on the results, the important criteria that need to be enhance so the performance of E-sq can be maximum is Information Quality, Reliability, dan Responsiveness. From the evaluation of E-sq performance from country and private hospitals,Dr Sardjito and Tumbuh Kembang is chosen as the best country and private hospital that has the best e-sq performance. |
