Abstract
Performance of production line system are very influenced by machine performance that use in the production. Good performance of machine will support production process and the quality of that machine.PT. FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. which manufactures motorcycle chains. The problem on PT. FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia is they still have a waste as reject product that causes amount of production decrease. That thing directly influence in the financial thing also waste time for repeated production from the beggining. The aim of this research are to analyze the best maintenance system for furnace rotary 3 machine. At least, can minimize downtime and decrease the cost. All of that thing finally to increase a reliability of that machine. Realibility Centered Maintenance used to search and to analyze breakdown of mchine from the root with see the failure of function that machine. Later, scheduling methods such a age replacement and block replacement is used. Based on scheduling methods we can see the best method for bearing is block replacement because of the diferencess cost RP 6.338.071,17,- than the early method. The other components like drum is use early method for the besst scheduling and age replacement method for selonsong thermocouple component.
