Research on performance measurement by using the balanced scorecard method made to create a measurement successful performance tool at PT. Sewito Eka Cahaya. Performance measurement is not only done for the financial part that always been a major in the success of large and small companies. Therefore any assessment of the overall aspects need to be considred and planned well. Appropriate method of doing judging the overall performance is the balanced scorecard-based method. Balanced Scorecard or BSC is a tool that provides a comprehensive measurement managers on how to progress through the organization achieve its strategic goals. In the balanced scorecard consists of four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The fourth perspective can provide a balance between short-term goals and long term, the desired result with the drivers of the achievement of results. The expected result is a balanced scorecard for performance assessment on construction services company PT.Sewito Eka Cahaya. The data used in this study is the vision and mission of the company, corporate strategy, strategic goals, benchmarks and targets for each benchmark. The results of the performance evaluation study using the balanced scorecard strategy map is generated as well as key performance indicator for companies and divisions. |
