Explicit Knowledge and Intuition consists of the factors that support the level of employee creativity in producing a product . The present study will be carried out in Small and Medium Enterprises ( SMEs ) Garuda Jaya in Malang , East Java . Creativity is essential in the manufacture of products with artv.Ability to think , personality , environment , and intrinsic motivation are important factors that affect the creativity of a person . This causes the needfor explicit knowledge and intuition from within every employee. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of explicit knowledge and intuition to the creativity of employees in SMEs Garuda Jaya occurred in the city of Malang. Data processing results using SEM software Partial Least Square ( PLS ) Explicit Knowledge prove that a positive effect on the creativity of employees in SMEs .
