This study is intended to discuss the leaders of Public Administration Programmer and Faculty of social and Political Science in implementing there source of power and its impact on lecturers to obey the organizational rules. Using descriptive, qualitative methods this study found that there was relationship between the ownership and source of leaders' authority, and lecture perspetion on power source and they have impacts on lecturer behavior.
