Good Governance is able to make the distribution of power and sources in national level equally. There was a wide gap between the poor and rich country due to inconsistency in implementing good governance. The implementation of good had encourage the public leaders to adopt values of innovations including that of democracy, openness, visionary, responsiveness, adptiveness, and technology and keep values of national culture through perspective of nations, which is so called sound governance.
