Knowledge is an information which is on our mind or as a skill. Knowledge management is a sistematic proccess to create, collect, organize, define, to use and exploitate knowledge. The focus of the knowledge management is to find some new ways to chanel the raw material into a useful information, until it becomes as a knowledge. Knowledge is an intangible asset which is really hard to immitate by the competitor, so they need times to do improvement. The development of this intangible asset will increase the sustainable competitive advantage. SMEs wisata keramik dinoyo is a small medium enterprise that engaged in the manufacture of ceramics. It's started since 1995, by see the available of raw materials that really easy to get and the prople who can work with it but they thought that they need to improve their knowledge very well until they can have the capital to compete with. SMEs kripik tempe “Melati” is a small industry that engaged in the manufacture of food. It's started when there was monetary crisis in 1998. They thought that they need to improve their knowledge to keep the quality of their industry and also to have the capital to compete with another industry. The researcher use a method from Lambe (2007), about designing model of taxonomy knowledge. The plans of taxonomy knowledge has 12 steps from the preparation, the planning until the implementation. The researcher has a goal to create a model of taxonomy knowledge according to bussiness activity of SMEs Wisata Keramik Dinoyo and SMEs Kripik Tempe “Melati”. From the planning of this model, I also hope that SMEs and SMEs will realize how important to organize and how to use the knowledge to do this bussiness activity. |
