For that we need an alternative waste management from the perspective of those who actually deal with the garbage problem. In this research, analysis of waste management to reduce the burden of buildup by using the approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the help of Expert Choice software based on the weighting of 4 aspects: social, economic aspects, environmental aspects and technical aspects. As a case study selected Atma Jaya Hospital. The results for the social aspect of having a value of 0.502; economic aspects has a weighting of 0.225; environmental aspects has a weighting of 0.094 and 0.178 for the technical aspects. For there are four alternative waste treatment, compost, incinerator, recycling and landfill, to the method chosen processing itself is compost.
