After made questionary, it takes the answers to a champion team existing in an enterprise. After all questionnaire in give answers from champions teams, the data can be start processing, which is divide the assesment category, with category of process and categories of result. The assesment of process category consist of 6 criteria, which is Leadership, Strategic Planning; Costumer Focus; Measurement, Analyze, dan Management Knowledge. And the last category is 7th Category, which is Results. From Result of assesment that have been done to PT. Mitra Agritech Sejahtera today obtained 568 of the 1000 poins maximum. It can be inferred that the overall range organization now is at the range band 476 - 575 which means the companies move in the good performance. Also, this final project give the ideas for companies improvement due to Malcolm Baldrige methods within feedback report that included Strength and Opportunities For Improvement to Companies. |
