Subversion is an illegal movement that aims to overthrow the legal government of the state.In Indonesia the subversion is regulated at the law No.11 PNPS of the year 1963,which contain not only to arrange the political crime,but also to conduct the political,economical,and socio-cultural crime.The main goal of this paper is to find out whether subversion law just overcome the criminal of security,particularly on the politics sector or upon all human being life aspects.The method used is Normally Law Research.The results show that is to arrange human being aspects and law inforcement.
