Civic education is an effort to equip studens with basic knowledge and skills pertaining to the relationship between citizens and the country to defend the country preliminary education in order to become citizens who can be relied upon by the nation.Emotional intelligence is used in two ways i.e.,intrapersonal,self-help in,and interpersonal,that is helping others.the purpose of this research is to determine the effect of learning strategies and emotional intelligence against the learning results of CIVICS.the method used factorial design experiment with 2*2 and the number of samples of 48 students.Analysis of data processed by using analysis of variance and 2 points followed by tukey test with a significance level @=0.05.The results showed:(1)For students who have low emotional intelligence and learning with cooperative learning strategies,learning outcome is lower than the student's learning with the learning strategies expository;(2)There are interaction effects between learning strategies and emotional intelligence of the results learn.
