It used as distribution facilities of liquid and gas, it also used as framework such as fence and canopy. The shape of iron pipe as framework of fence and canopy was “straight-shaped”, there was also “profile arch”. The manufacturer which produced the pipe as fence and canopy generally was a micro manufacturer, where the arch formation processed was doing by manual with limited equipment. That’s why the arch of iron pipe was unsatisfactory and the production quantities were very limited. In this thesis, the author designed “Three Roll Bending” equipment which was driven by human power. It was consisted of three rolls facing each other. The function of the first roll was for moved the pipe which will bent both to the left and right. The two other functions which placed in front of the first roll were for pressed the pipe at the first roll so the arch pipe was formed as wished. In this thesis, the author will explain about: the planning machine of “Three Roll Bending” using manual driver; the calculation of gear, shaft, pin and bearing which will be used.
