To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the simultaneous production and transportation systems automation system should be done. This final project will be designed and built machine quality control as machines for measuring the flatness of a workpiece surface. The quality control machinery should use a very flat surface in order to get the maximum measurement. Discussion of conveyor belt on this quality control machine includes the calculation of the required motor power and a large maximum load that can be transported. The discussion of design and quality control machinery that has been done, has successfully created a conveyor belt with a length of 120 cm and a DC motor driving source.
