As one of the world's largest coffee shop, Starbucks employs thousands of employees in each of its stores in operation around the world. Due to the increasing number of customers and the opening of a new shop, on HR policies are often changed in order to run the business properly. Error in making new policies may impact on the comfort of its employees work. This study was conducted to determine the effect of increased workload policies and policies to improve the welfare of employees against a tendency to go out at starbucks district The method used to carry out a survey to employees starbucks district 4 of 50 respondents out of 56 employees. Collecting the data used in the questionnaire using Likert scale level 5. Analytical tool used is the Mean Score, Overall Mean Score and Multiple Regression. The results showed that an increase in workload policy changes raise the propensity to come out while the employee welfare policy changes to reduce the tendency to get out. |
