Proton Motor Indonesiaby means of reference Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. PT. Proton Motor Indonesia was one of companies engaged in otomotif. PT. Proton Motor Indonesiahave never done the overall performance measurement before, theperformance measurement in PT. Proton Motor Indonesiais only limited to just the financial side. Based on analysis and assessment on performances of PT. Proton Motor Indonesia by meansMalcolm Baldrige National Quality Award that had been performed by the writer, thecompany attained a value of 571,25. The value accounted about 57,12% of the obtainable totalpoints are 1000. That is why PT. Proton Motor Indonesiacould be categorized company under acondition of “Good Performance”. This condition illustrates that the organization alreadyhas a systematic approach, effective, responsive to the requirements of the item in someparts of the company, deployment varies and in some areas or work units, so the results areowned by the organization is still in early stages of development in various areas important.Sustainability improvements made by the Company. |
