The study was done in order to determine the effect of job insecurity against the turnover intention of employees In Percetakan Internasional Jakarta. In this study there are four variables namely the importance of the work, the possibility of adverse changes to these factors work, and the negative effect of job events are independent variables While the turnover intention is the dependent variable. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire survey method to deploy. The population in this study were all employees in Percetakan Internasional Jakarta by census. This study uses double regression analysis to analyze the factors that influence the turnover intentions at the employee off Percetakan Internasional. The results show that the importance of the work, the possibility of adverse ' changes to these factors work, and negative job events affect turnover intention of the employee in Percetakan Internasional |
