Abstract
Engineering Faculty of Atma Jaya Catholic University is one of private universities that continue to seek for quality improvement in order to compete for the best state among other universities; as for the state of internal system and external system of Engineering Faculty. With the purpose of developing to a better state, hence the performance measurement is one of the solutions to achieve decent output; especially for the stakeholder (in university case is the college student). The proposition emerged in which no performance measure is balanced, coherent, and long-term or strategic in faculty. Therefore, the performance measure could be done with the Strategy Map, Strategic Objectives, and Key Performance Indicator designing based on Balanced Scorecard as one of the solution. The unique stage of Balanced Scorecard is the application of perspectives as the main pillar to support whole system with consideration about the circumstances in organization. Based on the state by the Engineering Faculty of Atma Jaya Catholic University which is not profit-oriented, then the financial perspective will be changed into service perspective; followed by customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning & growth perspective. Strategy Map designing which followed by Strategic Objectives designing and Performance Indicators valuation can be done by identifying each of the Balance Scorecard perspectives. The Strategy Map designing based on Balanced Scorecard method then will be simulated in order to support making predictions about the Strategy Map, Strategic Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators for the next few years. The results of this research are the Strategy Map, Strategic Objectives, and Performance Indicators design adjustment and the simulation model for general Balanced Scorecard and the influences between Strategic Objectives in Strategy Map.
