Organizational innovation is important today, with innovating companies can compete with other companies. This research aimed to identify the sources or the factors that influence the behaviour of individuals, groups, organizations, and innovation organization, and analyze the effect of the behavior of individual, group, organization to organization innovation in enterprises. This research was conducted by taking data at PT. Bajatama Pratama Prima through the research questionnaire containing items statement. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents research as many as forty-six people. The Data have been collected and then processed using software PLS. The results of the research that has been done with the use of software PLS, obtained results for the first hypothesis that behavioural factors have a positive influence on the behavior of the group, the T-Statistic values acquired by 2.361737 for significance a = 0.05. The second hypothesis is that the behavior of the Group has a positive influence on organizational behavior, the value of the T-Statistic obtained a 1.737828 significance a = 0.05. The third hypothesis that organizational behavior has a positive influence on the innovation of organization, T-Statistic value obtained by 1.770722 for significance a = 0.05. |
