This research was done with the purpose of giving a proposal for quality improvement in terms of customer satisfaction which is the students at Industrial engineering Department of Atma Jaya Jakarta Catholic University. This research analyzed the unsatisfaction problems that were experienced by the students at Industrial engineering Department of Atma Jaya Jakarta Catholic University, by using a methodology from Six Sigma which is DMAIC method. Through the implementation of the DMAIC method a problem will be chosen to be given an improvement. The result of the research that was done is a proposal expected to be able to solve the chosen unsatisfaction problem which is the difficulty to meet with the lecturer, by developing a tool, a lecturer presency information board. |
