Abstract
In this research, writer would like to analyze is there any correlation between autonomy on the subject of employee satisfaction; in this instance PT. Lyto Datarindo Fortuna. Thus, to make evident this research itself, writer has distributed questionnaire which using convenience sampling method with one hundred and twenty nine (129) employees of PT. Lyto Datarindo Fortuna as the respondents. Afterward, data then compiled by the use of multiple linear regression to identify any effect of independent variable against dependent variable, supported by correlation testing to determine whether each one of the independent variable would has significant influence to dependant variable or not. In conclusion, thesis findings shows autonomy does in congruence directly affected job satisfaction to PT. Lyto Datarindo Fortuna’s Employee.
