First the writer tried to obtain data about students learning style and the amount of time they allocated for learning English. Next, the writer applied a teaching strategy by guiding them to employ their learning style and learning strategies in individual study which was monitored through a weekly report. The report revealed that the awareness and the utilization of learning style preference made the students enjoy their individual study and made a significant progress in learning.
