| Lots of company thought that Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activity is wasting time, energy, and money. Now, CSR activity is regulated by law, where all of the company should have CSR activity, the goal is to make sure that companies pay attention on how important social activity was. CSR activity which is distributed well will make lots of people who receive the help become better in their life. In this undergraduate thesis, The Writer wants to research the distribution of CSR fund from PT Antam to the performance of the Nusantara Jaya Union to increase red onion farmers welfare in Cirebon on September 2012. The result is gladden, because through some research method The Writer found that there is a positive connection or relation between the Nusantara Jaya performance with the increasing red onion farmers welfare in Cirebon |
