| Small and Medium Enterprises (SMES) be rides good for the creation of jobs productive because production process in industry itself small-scale and medium enterprises in general are solid piece of work. A SMES need models knowledge management (technology-push model or market-pull model ) proper to SMES so research aims to know about how influence model knowledge management used against of business process to be carried on UKM Selo Adjie Gunung Kidul. Model knowledge management used will very important its influence to SMES as by use the model knowledge management proper process of business done would go well and give additional value for UKM Selo Adjie Gunung Kidul. The study is done to analyze influence the result against kuisioner mixed with use tools Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results from PLS software known that Best Practices, Rules, Procedures have influence to ICT system ; Dynamically Contructed Meaning have influence to Data, Information, Models, Rules ; Dynamically Contructed Meaning have influence to Best Practices, Rules, Procedures ; Dynamically Updated Outcomes have influence to Dynamically Contructed Meaning while only Data, Information, Models, Rules that not affect the ICT System. |
