| This research evaluates the association between work motivation and employee performance in telemarketing division of PT Optimized King Business Corporation. This is a survey study using questionnaires which distributed to all 35 telemarketing employees. The result shows that only esteem needs from dimension of motivation is not correlate with employee performance and overall work motivation have a positive correlate with employee performance. |
