Abstract
We examined the influence critical factors on relationship between information system and job performance of executives in higher education. It is expected that information system will have positive and significant impact on job performance. The results from direct relationship test show that information system have positive and significant impact on job performance of executives. Meanwhile, the results from structural equation show that critical factors: trust, job satisfaction have negative and not significant and organizational commitment have negative and significant impact to job performance, except job satisfaction have positive and significant impact on job performance. The other results: information system influence trust, trust influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment positive and significant.
