Entrust cooperation in Islam is an agreement of musyarokah. Sharing is an equity invesment which a based on the sharing system or profit loss sharing. The type of profit sharing is the reflection of profit of the business. this, sharing is a kind of invesment to the Moslem investor who does not agree ideal with the interest system.There are not risk free mustment in Isalam, there is alway profit and risk in every invesment. The purpose of the research is to examine the performance retur and risk adjustmen measurement of the fortofolio syariah shares whith is consistent and unconsistent to the JII (Jakarta Isalam Index) This problem will be examined empirically from the market risk especially the share in JII. The result of the research showed that the performanced retur and risk adjustmenet performance measurement portofolio of syariah shares consistent is better than the inconsistent
