The more problematic our legal system deals with, the more complicated the source of law will be business ethics can be considered one of those newly developed legal source in our modern time. Such a kind of formal legal source is called "autonomic legislation". The author of this article discusses several factors in order to make business ethics can be legally binding as mentioned in certain business ethics should be restricted. Secondly, business asociations should play significan roles in term of law enforcement. To avoid the usage of criminal law as a "premium remedium" those associations may impose certain organizational sanctions to violaters of the ethics codes.
