Effect of Organizational Learning and Competency Against Employee Performance On “X” Hospital This study discusses the influence of organizational learning, competency employee performance at Hospital “X”. This research is a quantitative study by non probability sampling method with a saturation sampling technique. Analysis of the data using univariate, bivariate and multivariate (multiple regression). Significant relationships are shown between organizational learning, competency significant on performance of employees at Hospital “X”. T test results obtained t count accepted at 5% significance level, organizational learning and competence variables simultaneously influence on employee performance. T test results obtained for variable t count organizational learning (73.701) is higher than the variable t count competence (10.019) at the 5% significance level. |
