| The impact of leadership style and safety & health program on job satisfaction in PT XYZ - Jakarta. The objective of this research is to know the impact of leadership style and safety & health program simultantly on job satisfaction in PT XYZ - Jakarta. The research was conducted by distributing 200 quetioners to the employers as well as the employees by non-random sampling method. The result of the research indicated that the impact of leadership style and safety & health program simultantly was significant to the job satisfaction. The R2 (R square) was 0.745 or 74,5 percent. This figure indicates that the contribution of idependent variables that are leadership styles and safety & health program to dependent variable (job satisfaction) is 74,5 percent The analysis of the data also indicated that the impact of leadership styles variable simultantly to job satisfaction was significant. The result of F-test and F-tabel of the leadership styles and safety & health variables simultantly to the job satisfaction variable indicated that the output of coefficient determination was 287.235 > 3.042. Besides, the job satisfaction in PT XYZ was not only influenced by those variables mentioned above, but also by the other factors about 25,5 percent. |
