The hospital has developed rapidly in Jakarta. The number of hospitals that operate to the level of competition is becoming increasingly high. To be able to create a competitive advantage, the company that manages a hospital requires a lot of things, one of them is competent human resources. Therefore, satisfaction and expectations of employees in the work is something that is important to note. Job satisfaction is a person's general state of the fro work. Employee job satisfaction has an impact either positively or negatively to an organization. Job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings toward his work. Motivation is a psychological process that reflects the interaction between attitudes, needs, perceptions and decisions that occur in a person. The higher the motivation of employees then the employee will have a commitment to complete the job well. Motivates an attempt to move, deploy, and direct the power and potential of a productive workforce that successfully achieve and realize the objectives of the company, profit, gain growth and sustainable living. Turnover is the turnover of employees within the organization. There are times when the positive impact of employee turnover. However, most of the turnover unfavorable influence on the organization, both in terms of cost and in terms of time.The research was conducted at the Hospital Pluit, North Jakarta, on the part of Nursing in January 2012.
