Each unit consists of GIOs and 810s, case histories, and some relevant study activities. Each study unit tries to cover physiology, phatophysiology, biochemistry, clinical pathology and the impacts of anmeia on individual health and socioeconomics. By this way, the three study units will cover all aspects of anemia &jaundice. Prior to use this book, the students and the facilitators should have read the GIOs and 810s carefully to avoid the divergence of the discussion elsewhere, and to achieve a minimal competency required in a short time as efficient as possible. During the period of tutorial, the role of facilitators to guide the discussion is very crucial. Materials for discussion can be found in the reading materials listed at the end of each study unit. Expert lectures will be given by experts working in the fields to understand the whole issue comprehensively. Direct consultation between a group of students and the experts is possible after appointment.
