This study aimed to identify the error that occurred in the anthropometric measurements, so we get the dimensions of which are vulnerable and critical and error which often occurs in the measurements made by different measurer subject, so that from the results of the identification error is to do prevention and how to overcome these errors so that anthropometric data obtained are representative. The samples used were freshmen and sophomores Atma Jaya Catholic University, amounting to 30 people (15 men and 15 women) with the 17-23 year age group who are taking courses TKI 222 DPSK&E on Solid Semester 2012/2013. Measurements were made directly and using anthropometric measure instrument. Data collected in the form of identity data and measurement data. There are 19 body dimensions were studied, taken to sitting position subject. Data retrieval takes about 2 weeks. Based on the results of research, then obtained the critical dimension that is susceptible to error the dimensions of the sitting eye height, sitting shoulder height, thick thighs, knee high, wide hips, popliteal height, thick belly, long grip down, upper shoulder width biacromial. |
